A Decade of Operational Leadership
Renata joined JCIC in 2014, bringing a wealth of international and domestic expertise to our operations. Prior to her ten-year tenure with the firm, she gained extensive experience at top-tier financial institutions, including Citibank and CIBC Mellon.
As Operations Manager, Renata oversees the vital daily functions of JCIC. Her focus is on the seamless execution of account administration, ensuring that every detail of the client experience is handled with the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Academic & Technical Foundation
Renata’s operational rigor is backed by a strong academic background. She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Nis and has further specialized her expertise with a diploma in Financial Planning from George Brown College. This combination allows her to understand the broader economic context of our clients' portfolios while managing the intricate details of their accounts.

When she is not managing the complexities of JCIC’s operations, Renata stays active through her love for the outdoors. She is an avid hiker and cyclist who cherishes time spent with her family and friends.
