Aaron joined JCIC in 2007, bringing a deep understanding of the investment lifecycle to the firm’s leadership team.
His 20-year career includes key roles with a major Canadian custodian, a hedge-fund administrator, and an institutional investment management firm. This broad experience allows him to manage JCIC’s back-office and processing operations with institutional-grade rigor.
Aaron’s professional approach was also shaped by his service with the Canadian Armed Forces in a peacekeeping role — an experience that helped develop the decisiveness, accountability, and strategic focus he brings to JCIC’s compliance and operating framework.
